Award-winning artist Michael Gillespie holds the Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree (With Honors) from the University of Texas at Austin, and has studied with a number of noted artists, including Daniel Greene and Ramon Kelly. Reproductions of his illustrations have sold in Europe and the Far East, and he has received commissions from companies such as Exxon and IBM, the Texas Ranger Museum, as well as from many private individuals. A Pastel Society of America Scholarship Award Winner, he is also a former President of the Pastel Society of the Southwest. With degrees in art and church music, he currently serves as Adjunct Professor of Fine Art at Dallas Baptist University.
